This multi-story residence, designed as a contemporary urban retreat, showcases clean modernist geometry and a striking, contrasting material palette. We integrated crisp white architectural volumes with warm, textured exposed brickwork to create a balanced and inviting exterior. The front elevation features deep, cantilevered balconies framed by a continuous white structural ribbon, providing shaded outdoor living spaces that are enclosed by minimalist metal railings.
Large floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors maximize natural light and ensure a seamless visual connection between the interior rooms and the front balconies. Along the side elevation, a prominent terracotta jali (perforated screen) spans vertically, elegantly providing privacy and filtering harsh sunlight while adding a refined traditional texture to the modern masonry. Slender vertical window slits further articulate this side facade, enhancing the home's spatial quality through a carefully orchestrated play of light and shadow.
